Pay Rate: Non-local: $55.07/hr

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical) to join our Med-Surg Department on a contract basis. This position requires 1-3 years of experience, and only travelers located over 60 miles from the facility will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately and promptly.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary care, ensuring smooth and coordinated patient treatment.
- Follow and execute physician and nursing orders as required.
- Coordinate and plan discharge needs with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Must provide 2 professional references.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Med-Surg environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in patient care coordination.
Work Authorization:
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Certifications & Clearances:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
