Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, ensuring the coordination of care, and serving as the primary point of contact for patient care within a multidisciplinary team. This is an on-site contract position based at Trinity, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Execute physician and nursing orders as per protocol.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting.
- Licenses: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Skills:
- Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse
- Traveler Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical)
- Ability to implement and coordinate patient care
- Strong communication and patient monitoring skills
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $48.48/hr
