Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery (Contract Position)
Location: Clovis, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts, 3 days/week)
Total Hours per Week: 36 Hours
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $85.17/hr. (includes taxable and per diem)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Labor and Delivery role. This is a contract position requiring experience in Labor and Delivery nursing. The RN will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating care with healthcare teams, and ensuring the well-being of patients through all phases of labor and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Assess, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders effectively.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge needs with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care and ensure optimal delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Onsite at a medical facility in Clovis, CA.
- Global Timezone (GMT -0700) Pacific Time - Los Angeles (PST).
