About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Insight, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be responsible for leading a team of multi-skilled healthcare professionals, making critical decisions, and ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
- Make independent, sound clinical decisions to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Perform all essential nursing skills and procedures as outlined in the RN Equipment/Skills checklist.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Insight’s mission, values, and standards of care.
- Provide compassionate and expert care to patients, families, and the community.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of an approved nursing school.
✔ Active RN license in the State of Ohio.
✔ Current BLS certification (ACLS required post-orientation, if applicable).
✔ RN experience preferred, but not required.
✔ Must meet unit-specific skills and requirements.
