Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Surgery to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be capable of performing a range of nursing duties in a fast-paced and dynamic surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients' care needs with members of the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in RN Surgery or Travel RN Surgery.
- Valid nursing license.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM – 06:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week)
- On-call shifts approximately once a week during the weeknight
- Weekend call approximately every 4th to 5th weekend
- Holidays as required
Compensation Details:
- Hourly rate: $55.03/hour
