Job Title: RN Telemetry (Float Pool)
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (36 hours/week, Every other weekend required)

Pay Rate: $51.10 per hour
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry for our Float Pool team in Hartford, CT. This role involves working across med/surg and telemetry units, providing critical care to patients in need of cardiac monitoring. The ideal candidate will be experienced in telemetry, cardiac drips, and flexible enough to float between units as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans and ensure quality care is provided.
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, including vital signs and telemetry data.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of patient care across multiple disciplines.
- Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning with members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in telemetry, med/surg, or cardiac care.
- Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS
- Preferred: NIHSS
- Skills: Telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips experience, and ability to float between med/surg/tele units.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $51.10 per hour.
- Compensation Type: Contract (Pay-as-you-go).
- Payment Terms: Reward distributed after 1 month of successful work.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (36 hours per week).
- Every other weekend and holiday shifts are required.
