Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR
Location: Mason City, IA
Pay Rate: $54.38 per hour
Job Type :Contract 3 months
Job Details:
Department: Operating Room (CVOR)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-10 hour shifts based on department needs)
Hours per Week: 40
On-Call Requirements:
- 2-4 overnight call shifts per month (as needed)
- Expected to participate in holiday on-call rotations
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in CVOR procedures by performing scrub and circulating nurse duties
Prepare the operating room, instruments, and equipment
Monitor and document patient conditions before, during, and after surgery
Provide direct surgical assistance, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure
Ensure patient safety and proper positioning during procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔Experience: Minimum 2 years as a CVOR RN
✔ Skills: Travel RN CVOR, OR procedures, patient monitoring, surgical prep
