Duties: What you will do:

• Overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations
• Manage and guide the clinical team – RNs, LPNs, CNAs etc.
• Develop in-service and continuing education programs
• Coordinate and schedule patient care
• Conduct quality assurance audits
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with organization goals, policies and procedures
• Assist with nursing visits if needed
• Develop relationships with referrals sources in the healthcare community
• Assist in hiring and evaluating clinical staff

Requirements: What you need to have:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle
• Minimum 2 year of hospice experience
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Great leadership and managerial skills
• Utmost compassion and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
