We have an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a full or part time Overnight Case Manager for our brand new six-bed Crisis Residence that offers a safe place for the stabilization of psychiatric symptoms and a range of person-centered trauma informed services to support participants. This is a short term stay facility that serves participants for up to 28 days as they prepare to transition back to the community. You will make significant impact on advancing this comprehensive specialty care residence, and provide meaningful support to the team
Full Time/Part time
Shifts are 10:00PM – 8:00AM.
Position may be eligible for a $750 sign on bonus.
Responsibilities:
Provide staff coverage in a 24/7 staffed transitional residential setting
Assist program participants as needs arrive with supportive counseling.
Provide service coordination and medication supervision for program participants.
Provide crisis intervention/emergency assistance for residence.
Ensure satisfactory functioning of the facility with light cleaning duties with possible light lifting.
Must do evening safety routines and check lists.
Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging
Required:
High School Diploma or GED with 1-year previous experience with mental health population. Must be responsible and reliable. Strong communication skills. Reliable transportation. Must be able to work as a team and individually. Must be able to work weekend rotation.
