We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to join our team as Clinical Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical services and emergency care within safe and appropriate times.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including initiation and updating of plans.
- Supervise and educate other mental healthcare workers on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documents, including clinical documentation and IV administration.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in geriatric and/or mental health settings.
- Active RN licensure in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
