Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to client emails.
- Prepare and process estimates and invoices.
- Create proposals
- Assist Bookkeeper as needed
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Manage vehicle tracking and schedule necessary repairs.
