We are currently seeking a Director of Infusion Services for our growing infusion service line. This position is responsible for the oversight of the Infusion Service Line which includes staff, operations, and delivery of care centered around best practices, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. The Director works collaboratively across all disciplines to provide operationally sound processes and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Patient centric, growth oriented, high integrity, flexible and adaptable as a contributor and leader.
- 7-10 years of clinical hands-on experience, with 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast paced, complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- RN in good standing, licensed in the State of Indiana. BSN, Masters preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 60 or 90 days of hire.
- Chemotherapy certified preferred – or must obtain within first year of employment
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred.
