What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Technician Liaison Infusion PART-TIME position at Unity Physicians Hospital?

We are currently seeking a PATIENT CARE TECH LIAISON INFUSION, Monday and Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, prefer someone with flexibility to pick up other hours as needed. Experience in an outpatient infusion/chemotherapy service line is preferred. Must be knowledgeable and competent in performing a variety of patient care duties. Welcomes and assists patients and their family/friends accompanying them to their treatment(s). Duties include orienting patients to the hospital, guiding them through the registration process and assisting them to the Infusion Unit. Clinical duties include assisting the nursing team, taking and documenting patients’ vital signs, assisting with patient care needs, stocking supplies, transporting patients, and working with multiple departments as needed. Cooperatively works together with staff, physicians, visitors, and above all, the patients.
