QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a Valid California Teaching Credential, or
- Be enrolled in a teaching intern program
- Have the passion and commitment to work with low income, inner city youth to help them become first generation college-goers
- Want to be part of a small school community where everyone on campus feels responsible for the success of all students.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Full Salary Scale linked here
- Full health benefits (medical, dental and vision) with no employee contribution for the employee and qualifying dependents
- Credentialed teachers enrolled in the California State Teachers Retirement System (CALSTRS)
- Option of 403B enrollment 3% matched 457(b) retirement saving contribution after three years of employment
