Primary Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with and manage engineers, vendors, and architects on architecture and component strategy
  • Work with Product Management, stakeholders, and developers to prioritize tasks and communicate goals
  • Continuously evaluate staff positions and individuals for performance, skills, growth potential, and improvement
  • Mentor staff for skill enhancement, career growth, and succession planning
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive environment for optimal performance
  • Operate as a servant leader and technology leader to drive team and company growth
  • Ensure budget adherence and justify resource needs for staff, hardware, and software.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related technical discipline or equivalent
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is required
  • 3 years of experience as a product owner / project manager (agile product owner)
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a software development environment

    • Compensation :  Based on experience but will likely be in the $160K to $170K range
