UNITY Search is partnering with a fast-growing tech company in North Dallas to find a high-performing Corporate Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruiting. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help enhance the company’s hiring processes to attract top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively source candidates through social media, networking, employee referrals, job boards, and other innovative methods to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview logistics across multiple formats (phone, video, and in-person).
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to post job openings on both internal and external platforms, ensuring roles are accurately represented and widely visible.
- Draft and distribute offer letters, and coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and reference checks.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics; work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to assess hiring priorities and optimize strategies.
- Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records current and accurate, ensuring data integrity at all stages of the hiring process.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting—focused on areas such as IT, Infrastructure, or Software Development—within an agency or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment efforts, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments; prior experience in startups or recruiting agencies is a strong advantage.
- Experienced in leading the offer process, including salary negotiations and candidate close.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
