What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at Unity Search?
Unity Search has partnered with an S&P 500 Real Estate Company in search of an FP&A Manager. Our client is growing aggressively and extremely stable in strong financial position.
The FP&A group is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning efforts, providing insight into both corporate and segment level financial performance, and helping to lead the implementation of new, creative technology solutions which help drive the company to a data driven organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct variance analysis relative to forecast and investigate material differences
- Facilitate budget and reforecast cycles for the segment
- Support ad hoc segment analysis
- Create and maintain updated financial models
- Liaise with departments across the organization
Candidates are required to have 5 years of related FP&A experience from a real estate company. Advanced Excel required (VBA, macros, financial modeling), SQL and Power BI a plus.
Compensation for this role will depend on experience and go up to $140K range plus 25% discretionary bonus plus profit share.
