Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, including logic controllers and PCB assemblies, following detailed specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques to fabricate and connect parts accurately.
- Conduct tests using an ohmmeter to ensure proper functionality of assembled products.
- Interpret schematics to understand assembly requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques, including surface mount technology (SMT) experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and soldering equipment effectively.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs is essential.
