Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of electronic components, ensuring that products meet high-quality standards. This position requires proficiency in working with various tools and technologies, including schematics and logic controllers, while adhering to industry standards.
Duties
- Assemble and fabricate electronic components according to provided schematics and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Work with surface mount technology (SMT) and printed circuit boards (PCB) to ensure proper assembly of electronic devices.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to verify compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes, including equipment malfunctions or component discrepancies.
Experience
- Previous experience in an assembly role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with schematics, logic controllers, surface mount technology, PCB assembly, and IPC 610 standards is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machining equipment for precise assembly tasks.
