Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products according to detailed specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or components following blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications.
- Identify and report any product defects or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Read and interpret job orders to understand production requirements and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment, as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an assembler or in a manufacturing environment.
