Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for putting together components or products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery, ensuring each item meets quality standards. This role plays a key part in our manufacturing process by ensuring parts and products are built to specification and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or instructions to assemble products or parts.
- Use hand tools, power tools, or automated machines to perform assembly work.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and report any defects.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Perform basic machine operation or troubleshooting when needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions or diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
