Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled BGA/PCB/SMT/Electronics Technician to join our electronics repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, reworking, and repairing Ball Grid Array (BGA) components on PCBs using rework stations and hot air tools. You will ensure high-quality workmanship and meet production deadlines while following safety and ESD protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform BGA reballing, reflow, and replacement using hot air rework stations.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective BGAs on circuit boards.
- Inspect solder joints using X-ray and microscope tools.
- Maintain repair logs and ensure quality control standards are met.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with BGA rework and micro soldering.
- Proficient with rework equipment (IR, hot air, preheaters, etc.).
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
