We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in various assembly techniques, and a solid understanding of electrical components.
Responsibilities
- Assemble printed circuit boards (PCB) and other electronic components according to specifications.
- Utilize tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to measure and verify component specifications.
- Fabricate assemblies using surface mount technology and traditional assembly methods.
- Follow IPC 610 standards to ensure quality and compliance in all assembled products.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of assembled units, including logic controllers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with PCB assembly techniques and surface mount technology is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
