Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation and optimization of our ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and identify ERP solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support ERP system implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Provide user training and ongoing support for ERP systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve issues and ensure system integrity.
- Create documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
