Job Title: Endpoint Coordinator
Location: La Crosse, WI

Job Description:
The Endpoint Coordinator will be responsible for the refresh, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other IT hardware. This role involves handling IT asset inventory, device imaging, system configuration, hardware installation, and decommissioning of outdated systems. The candidate will also be responsible for network printer setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and removal as part of the refresh process. Additional duties may be assigned to support the IT infrastructure and end-user computing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT asset inventory and track endpoint devices throughout the refresh process.
- Image, configure, and deploy new computers and endpoint devices using standardized tools and procedures.
- Perform hardware and software installations, updates, and migrations to ensure smooth deployment.
- Properly remove, decommission, and dispose of outdated systems following IT security and compliance guidelines.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network printers to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and resolutions in IT service management (ITSM) systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to ensure minimal disruption during hardware refresh activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience with IT hardware, computer imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle processes is a plus.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work onsite full-time and live within one hour of the primary work location.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
