Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of production.
- Operate various machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and production specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
