Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including industrial painting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently on industrial sites while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Estimate materials and time required for painting projects accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Follow all safety guidelines on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial painting or similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in painting.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed.
