Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
- Fabricate parts as needed, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts for material handling when necessary.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly requirements.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to assembly tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
