Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to conduct thorough inspections using various tools and techniques. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
Duties
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and vision inspection systems to assess product quality.
- Perform quality audits and maintain documentation related to quality systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Collect and analyze research data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
- Participate in training sessions related to QA/QC practices and standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Experience with quality audits and the ability to identify non-conformance issues.
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers and Calypso software for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for research data collection and interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of vision inspection systems is a plus.
