Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet company and industry quality standards before reaching customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and experience with inspection tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and measurement inspections on raw materials and finished products.
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Use tools to verify dimensions.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and generate reports.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
