Role description

The opportunity

Join our Internal Audit group to provide independent assurance in contributing and improving Unity’s operation. You will be a key member of our team supporting Enterprise Risk Management, Continuous Monitoring, Operational Audits and helping evolve Unity’s Internal Audit program. You will help Unity achieve its business objectives by bringing a systematic, objective, and disciplined approach to evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s governance, risk management, compliance, and control practices.

What you'll be doing

Lead Unity’s Enterprise Risk Management and Continuous Monitoring programs.

Lead successful execution of risk-based integrated audit and advisory engagements, including effective communication of results to process owners and cross-functional leaders.

Establish and own relationships with key partners as their strategic risk advisor on establishing internal controls and process efficiencies, providing insight and direction on risk management

Keeping current on Unity’s business as well as industry, and the impact of the changes to the audit plan or approach on risk assessments.

Support other Internal Audit programs including SOX Compliance and other projects.

What we're looking for

Experience in establishing and maturing risk-based programs.

Experience in leading integrated operational audit and advisory projects through the lifecycle (scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up).

Ability to construct well-targeted management reports within the context of business and industry, as well as operations and practices.

Knowledge and experience in financial, process, operational, and technology reviews, as well as risk assessment required.

Strong organizational, research, verbal, and written communication skills.

You might also have

CA / CPA, CFE, CISA and / or CIA a plus.

Big 4 / consulting and industry background in AdTech or Software industry.

Continuous risk assessment and continuous auditing experience.
