Position Summary:
Unity Works Talent is conducting a search on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across Minnesota. This individual will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, executing strategic sales plans, delivering product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth in the medical laser and capital equipment market.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in capital equipment sales, exceptional prospecting and closing skills, and the ability to support customers post-sale. This is a fully remote position requiring extensive travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience selling to physicians in private practices, group settings, and hospitals is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Conduct educational product demonstrations at client locations and industry trade shows.
- Collaborate with customers to develop tailored business strategies for success.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
- Perform market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide in-service training and ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track and report sales activities in an organized and timely manner.
- Assist with post-sale customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with Field Service teams and internal company staff to enhance customer experience.

Education & Experience:

- Required: 2 years of sales experience in Enterprise sales, copier sales, and or capital equipment sales.
