The Security Supervisor provides on-site supervision under the direction of management to ensure the effective coordination of security personnel and facility operations. Responsible for overseeing 3 to 10 employees, the Security Supervisor supports daily operations
Key duties include scheduling, enforcing site policies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This role acts as a liaison between site management and frontline staff to maintain a secure and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned security personnel
- Ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and client requirements
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support
- Conduct routine inspections and respond to incidents as needed
- Serve as a point of contact between staff and management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
