Job Description :
- Provide care in a Rehabilitation setting for patients with conditions such as strokes, spinal cord injuries, burns, amputations, cardiac debility, critical illness myopathy, COVID-19, and brain injury.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5 or 1 : 6, ensuring personalized and effective patient care.
- Utilize EPIC for charting and maintain compliance with all documentation standards.
- Be a part of a team mindful of creating enough time for rest between different shift times.
- Wear scrub colors such as Caribbean Blue, Light Blue, Navy Blue.
- Participate in wound care management and other special procedures as needed.
- Float as needed to provide support within the acute adult division.
- Engage in a virtual interview process with the possibility of an auto offer.
- Available start dates are flexible, beginning any Monday.
- Maintain a level of professionalism and adaptability to adjust to shift changes based on week-to-week needs.
