Responsibilities
UnityPoint Clinic Northridge Family Medicine is seeking dynamic and experienced leader to join our team. As Clinic Administrator, this leader will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to :
- Oversee day to day operations of a regional clinic.
- Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
- Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives.
- Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
