We're seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN – Departmental Float at Community Memorial Hospital. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to build a broad skill set and gain experience in various areas of patient care.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position working nights, 7p – 7a, 36 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation OR part-time, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights – 4 out of 5 weekends.
- You'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple departments, including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency, and Infusion services. You'll work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient's needs and medical goals.
