Overview
We're seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for the development and management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, programmatic, and marketing automation programs. This position partners closely with UnityPoint Health’s digital partners to design and deploy campaigns that drive results that align with business objectives and is responsible for coordinating digital marketing budgets, and making campaign and website recommendations for helping business units achieve strategic goals. Additionally, the Digital Campaign Specialist works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and regional business partners to deploy campaigns that follow SEO best practices.
Location: Remote/work from home with strong preference for candidates residing within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Lead Acquisition Campaign
· Lead acquisition campaign design and development in alignment with regional service line priorities
· Coordinate quarterly service line campaign planning sessions
· Leverage campaign and website metrics to optimize campaigns across channels
· Manage campaign budgets in partnership with regional marketing teams
· Work in platforms to support website and SEM and programmatic ads, including display, video, social media and other digital campaigns
· Partner with Digital Specialist to deploy best in class website and landing page strategies
· Responsible for producing best in practice and utilizing digital trends to ensure UnityPoint Health remains on the cutting edge of digital advertising
Manage Marketing Automation Programs
· Coordinate design of marketing automation programs, leveraging CRM for audience development and ensuring campaign coordination across channels
· Subject matter expert for marketing automation platform, leading channel optimization strategies
· Develop advanced audience targeting strategies by using consolidated consumer data sources to deploy trigger marketing
· Oversee email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns, partnering with creative teams to deploy compelling content that will drive conversions
· Implement cross-channel campaigns, leveraging Marketing Automation platform to track leads through all digital channels, including website, email, display, pay-per-click, social media, etc.
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field required.
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing and executing online marketing campaigns.
Experience working in Healthcare preferred.
License/Certification(s):
Certification in Google Analytics preferred.
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or another email automation program preferred.
