This position provides real-timesupervision to nursing staff on the off shifts with emphasis on coaching / discipline / attendance / and real-timeinvestigations to ensure the delivery of quality safe patient care through their support, real-time education, andprofessional practice supervision of direct nursing care staff. This position collaborates with nurse managers andnursing administrative coordinators regarding the supervisory activity and findings to ensure proper follow up withregards to necessary coaching / training and other relevant findings on the off shifts. This position supports qualityimprovement initiatives though direct observation, survey readiness activities, and documentation audits. - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Relevant Hospital Bedside Nursing experience
- Preceptor Experience
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- State of Wisconsin RN licensure
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation
- Proficiency in computer applications required for the role such as utilizing the Clinical Resource Page
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in nursing
2 years in critical care nursing
