- Full-time Emergency Medicine opportunity in the Observation Unit at Iowa Methodist Medical Center
- Work alongside of a great team of experienced professionals
- Advanced scheduling to accommodate lifestyle
- No inpatient duties/no call
- Fully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities
- Triage patients in an Expedited Emergency Care Model
- Observation Unit operation: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Qualifications
- Experience preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work as a team member
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States
