UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led, nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care, walk-in care and specialty care. The clinical teams at the area’s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. Overview
- Growing practice
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- Competitive compensation and benefits package – including incentives, 401K match, CME allowance, and time off
- Olympus equipment for EGD’s and colon scopes
- 3 exam rooms for each physician 2 OR’s for you when in surgery center
- 36 patient contact hours per week with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Additional details by request from group
- Flexible patient scheduling to allow for seeing any volume the Physician is comfortable with
- Call schedule requirement: 10 nights per month
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Provide the best outcome for every patient every time
- MD or DO
- Board Certified
- Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in Iowa
- Eligible to work in the United States
