We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Healthcare to join our team at UnityPoint at Home – Waterloo. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, every 4th weekend, and rotating holidays. On call shifts are also required.
Responsibilities
* Provide home care services to patients with total autonomy over your role.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) where providing care.
* At least one year of experience in home healthcare or a related field.
