• Well established Hospitalist program since 2006, currently includes 19 physician & 5 ARNP team
• Care team support that includes 5 dedicated hospitalist RNs for care coordination and rounding efficiency 1 CDE nurse
• Excellent multi-specialty support
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
• Full-time position
• Hospitalist APP schedule is 5-on 5-off, 2-on 2-off rotation 7AM-3:30PM

• Average census for APP of 12 patients/shift
• As part of the multi-disciplinary team, the APP will perform rounding, completion of documentation and placing of orders
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
