The Human Resources (HR) Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring that the HR functions are efficient and effective to support the organization. This position performs a variety of HR related tasks at a professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following HR core process areas; HR Compliance, HRIS Reports, onboarding support, training, and other general HR responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role/department, with a strong focus on HR processes, procedures, and overall customer service and service delivery.
- Must read, write speak English fluently.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Basic math and keyboarding knowledge.
- Experience working with a variety of computer applications as a primary function, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of HRIS system (Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.).
- Working knowledge of electronic personnel file system (OnBase).
