Overview
We're seeking a Building Assistant to join our Corporate office! In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Office Manager with various administrative, physical, and special project tasks to ensure efficient operations within the building and affiliated locations.
Location : Onsite- Westlakes office, West Des Moines, Iowa
Hours : 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

What are team member vaccine requirements?

Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and providers to the building and coordinate visitor sign-ins.
- Assist in setting up and rearranging office spaces, including moving furniture, equipment, and
supplies.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting items between the building and affiliate locations
as required.
Assist with setup and teardown of furniture, equipment, and other items for meetings, events, or
projects with the building and affiliate locations.
- Special projects and events as directed by the Office Manager.
- Assist various departments with necessary mailings and tasks when required.
- Monitor and order office, kitchen, and miscellaneous other supplies for the West Lakes campus.
Qualifications
What You'll Need :
Education : High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : 1 year in administrative setting preferred.
License(s) / Certification(s) : Valid driver’s license when driving any
vehicle for work-related reasons, required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and databases.
Excellent communication skills both verbal
and written.
Excellent planning and organizational
skills.
Must be able to manage priorities and
deadlines.
