Service Technician II
2nd Shift; 2:30pm-11:00pm
Bettendorf, IA
This position performs various repair and preventative maintenance tasks of considerable difficulty under general supervision. Has knowledge in a field of specialization in the skilled trades categories and is a well-rounded generalist. This position will work rotating weekends and holidays. Must utilize good communication and customer relation skills.
Responsibilities
- Under general supervision installs, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on a wide variety of mechanical systems, electrical equipment or systems, or plumbing systems. Effectively troubleshoots and solves complex problems of considerable difficulty without calling in outside contractors except when advisable.
- Assist with snow removal.
- Assist in moving furniture, equipment, etc.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Experience: 4 years working in the maintenance and/or repair field.
License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
