Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within our Level II Trauma Center. Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, medical documentation, specimen collection processing, and discharge planning.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as ophthalmology, occupational health, and inpatient units
- Conduct patient assessments and assist with treatment planning
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection processing
- Assist in discharge planning and follow-up care coordination
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize your expertise to contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred
- Proficiency in patient care techniques and medical documentation
- Strong skills in venipuncture, specimen collection processing, and patient assessment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing
Pay: $1,800.00 - $1,900.00 per week
