Position Overview

The Business Analyst will focus on market research, analyzing trends in the e-commerce, consumer market, and logistics sectors. This role involves structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work effectively with diverse teams, and communicate insights to senior leadership. Requirements

Logistics Service Design & Optimization :

• Assist in designing customer-centric logistics service products, including last-mile delivery, customized delivery solutions, and time-sensitive services.
• Analyze existing service processes, propose optimization suggestions, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
