Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, with a strong focus on warehouse hiring.
• Coordinate job postings across various platforms and track applicant flow.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and staffing agencies.
• Utilize online tools and social media to enhance recruitment outreach.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
• Support compliance with employment laws and assist in refining recruitment processes.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for recruitment tools and agency partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related functions.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to assess resumes, screen candidates effectively, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.
• Experience in high-volume or warehouse recruitment is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish is requried
