Role Overview
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to enhance the efficiency and performance of our last-mile delivery network. This role will be critical in analyzing logistics data, optimizing delivery routes, managing inventory flow, and improving warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and various teams to streamline processes, improve cost efficiency, and drive data-backed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to delivery efficiency, inventory movement, and warehouse productivity.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve last-mile delivery operations and reduce costs.
- Optimize warehouse workflows to improve receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Assist in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation for delivery operations.
- Assign delivery tasks to drivers based on real-time volume and route efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication between operations, logistics, and customer service.
- Assist with the implementation of new supply chain processes, automation tools, and tracking systems.
- Maintain policy and procedure documents related to logistics, warehousing, and delivery management.
- Provide recommendations to senior management based on operational trends and data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in supply chain optimization.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, warehouse operations, and delivery route optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
