Sr. Director, U.S. HRBP & Labor Relations
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources for North America, the Senior Director, U.S. HRBP & Labor Relations will participate as a member of the North America HR Leadership Team alongside HR Leaders for Canada and Mexico. The HR function will partner with executives and colleagues across the business to support and deliver on the company’s goals and commitments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Lead the performance of the Human Resources Local Chemical Distribution (LCD) team
- Continue to develop a high performing HRBP team that is designed and built around business objectives
- Serve as an effective business partner by providing operational and leadership support to key stakeholders including Regional Vice Presidents and other functional leaders.
- Partner closely with the leadership team and business with a focus around growth, divestment, restructuring and other corporate plans
- Leverage experience working with unions to help plan and implement our strategy for North American unions
- Execute on HR strategic initiatives
- Manage and support the delivery of :
A strategic local human resources plan encompassing a clear and shared vision across the USA

Salary : $198,070 - $257,500
